Information you share
Booking takes place through Doggyfide’s online booking page. Information entered there is handled through that service; read its notices before submitting your details.
Contact messages
The contact form collects your name, email, optional ZIP code and message, with permission to reply about your request. Messages are saved to Doggyfide’s website records. Submitting does not reserve an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.
Neighborhood interest
The neighborhood interest form collects your name, email, phone and ZIP, with permission to contact you about service in your neighborhood. A confirmed request is saved in Doggyfide’s website records. It does not reserve an appointment, promise a launch date or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Groomer applications
If you choose to apply, the application asks for your contact details, grooming experience, preferred location and other information you provide. The form requests permission for Doggyfide to contact you about your application. A confirmed submission is saved to Doggyfide’s hiring records.
ZIP lookup and browser storage
ZIP lookup helps find a service-area page. The website remembers the checked ZIP for the current browser tab so you can continue exploring. A ZIP match does not confirm an appointment or exact route coverage.
Neighborhood activity
We count map selections and completed ZIP checks to help plan service areas. Activity records contain a ZIP or selected area, action and date, with a random browser-session identifier used to suppress repeat counts. City and background clicks without a ZIP are counted separately. Activity records do not contain contact details, precise coordinates or full page addresses. Successfully saved neighborhood interest requests are counted separately. The team dashboard shows totals, not your contact details. These counts do not represent unique people or confirmed bookings.
Location suggestions
The website suggests a nearby service area using approximate IP location. When the host cannot supply it, your browser requests a lookup from GeoJS, which receives your IP address. We send no form details, cookies or page referrer with that lookup. A limited approximate result is cached in this browser tab for ten minutes; we do not save your IP in that cache. See GeoJS privacy information. Precise device location is used only if you select “Use precise location” and grant browser permission. You can always choose an area or enter a ZIP. If detection fails, wording stays general.
